You most likely have not added them you your Family Group! Go to your Account and click 'My Groups', add your children's names and birthdates and then you should be able to register them no problem! If you still have issues, please contact guest services at 403-201-8652

02:00 PM				Public Skate Spaces: 50 Public Skate 1. All persons on the ice must be wearing skates. Shoes are only permitted if you are helping your child on the ice. Please ensure soles of the shoes are clean. 2. No roughhousing, horseplay, tag, throwing objects or racing permitted. 3. During public skating, there is no figure skating. Jumps, spins, etc. are NOT permitted. 4. During public skating, pucks and/or balls are NOT permitted on the ice. 5. Helmets are STRONGLY recommended. 6. Skating pattern will either be clockwise or counter clockwise; please adhere to pattern. 7. Nobody will be permitted on the ice without a hand stamp (or receipt). There will be random stamp checks. 8. Strollers (with clean wheels) and skate aides are permitted. 9. Nobody will be permitted on the ice until the Olympia is off the ice and the gates are closed. 10. Those choosing not to abide by the rules will be asked to leave.
